Is shipping included in the product price?

No, shipping rates depend on the Print Provider and customer location, as well as the amount of products in an order. 

How long does it take to ship products?

The majority of products are shipped 2-7 days from the order submission date in our shop.

Orders are sent to production only after payment for orders is received. Each print provider has a different daily cutoff time. In case an order is received before the daily cutoff time, it will count for that day. Orders submitted after the daily cutoff time are counted towards the following day.

Production times listed on the product catalog are based on 30 day averages and are not guaranteed. In addition, holidays and high volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.

How are products packaged?

Each Print Provider uses their own packaging materials. Some products are shipped in boxes, some are shipped in polyethylene bags.

When are my orders sent to production?

What’s average production time?
Production times listed on the product catalog are based on the last 7 day averages and are indicative. In addition, holidays and high volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.

In a nutshell, Drop Shipping is a retail fulfillment method based on direct shipping from the Print Provider to the customer or retailer. Instead of retail or ecommerce shops keeping stock ready for shipping or purchase, a customer can buy products in an ecommerce shop and the order goes directly to the Print Provider, thus eliminating the need for order fulfillment, storage space and, in some cases, even production.

Positive Vibes shop co-operate with Printify and Printful companies, which enable Print on Demand Drop Shipping for apparel, phone cases, pillows, shower curtains, mugs, posters and more through their easy-to-use apps. The print providers also handle the billing, manufacturing requests and shipping so we don’t have to manage it.

We have provided size charts for each product with specific measurements done by our Merchandise Team. To find a size chart for any product, simply go to our Product Catalog, click on a particular product from the catalog and scroll down.

As with any store, online or not, not all garments are the same. Some might run smaller or fit looser even if they’re the same size. So it’s important to take a look at the sizing chart to understand how this particular garment will fit. Our Print Providers tries to note down where we know that a garment runs smaller than usual, but if you discover consistent sizing issues with a garment, let us know.

What if the garment size differs from the size chart?

Even though Print Providers provides accurate measurements (both imperial and metric) for each garment size in the size chart, you may find that your particular garment differs slightly. It is a standard in the industry that garments sizes have something called tolerance. This means that the sizes can always run +/- 1/2 an inch or +/- 1.2cm.

With Direct to garment (DTG) printing, ink is applied using inkjet technology directly onto garments such as t-shirts. Because this process uses a printer, it’s possible to achieve a lot more detail than traditional screen printing methods. In addition to detail, merchants have a lot more color options because an inkjet printer can print multiple colors as easily as a single color.

With Sublimation printing you can achieve vibrant and highly detailed results, but you are limited to material choices being able to print only on 100% white polyester or polymer fabric.

  • Less vibrant colors (unless using sublimation)

If your order is being delivered within the UK, please allow ten working days after receipt of the despatch email before contacting us. For EU orders, please allow three weeks and for international parcels outside of the EU, please allow one month to elapse before contacting us.

Our Print Providers print each and every item to order, which means that items can take up to three working days to leave us. Orders within the UK should then be delivered within 3-7 working days. Orders outside the UK but within the European Union should be delivered within 14 working days. Orders outside the EU should be delivered within 20 working days of despatch.

When you submit your user info, you should receive an activation email almost immediately. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder and if nothing is there, email our Help team. We can activate your account for you.

Nope, you can place an order without being a member. No sign-up or login required.

If you do sign up to be a member (It’s FREE!), you can create a profile and store your order history.

Log in to your user account, and go to  My Account in the drop down menu on the top right-side of the page under your username to access your Account settings.

Under the Profile tab, you can update your Name, Location, Gender, and Birthdate. You can also upload new pictures for your Profile or Cover photos, and create your Cover Statement.

Under the Login Info tab, you can change your username, password or email address. 

With any changes, be sure to select Save Settings at the bottom of the page to update your changes to that section.
